After all tasks is done, I felt that time has passed so quickly. Personally, I thought I got more about knowledge that related to Islamic and also reminded me what I've learned when I was young. Besides, these tasks, e.g., poster and blog/website also enhance students in term of creative skill. So I wish I can do it again in one day.
I'm truly grateful to our facilitators, sister Nurin Aliya and sister Maliha Muzaffar. Even though we need to attend online class, they did it very well in every class session and tried to reach students so that they can participate as much as possible.
What I've learned
from Usrah
Reflect to myself, what I've learned from Usrah 1 is the beginning of being a Muslim/Muslimah which are The Five Pillars of Islam and The Six Pillars of Faith in Islam. The Five Pillars of Islam is some basic acts, considered mandatory (فريضة) by believers, and are the foundation of Muslim life. In terms of The Six Pillars of Faith is the certitude which exists with humility, trust and all the conditions and corollaries of adherence to a view is called "Iman" and people who professes faith in Allah, in His signs and in His directives and submits themselves to Him and are pleased with all His decisions is called "Mu'min". So one of my ambitions is I hope that I will be one of the good servants of our Creator, Allah.
As the feedbacks, I'm glad that I took this course in this semester. I gained new knowledge from activities that have been conducted which is Adab towards parents. I can get more friends when completing this task. For examples, doing the role-play group assignment, it made us to get to know each other and strengthen our relationship once we worked, shared and discussed about the task.
Suggestion and Recommendation
Actually, watching videos and having a opinion session between classmates was a nice idea but it may not work for some reasons such as some students has problems with internet, some people are not good at talking and shy. Therefore, I think before we will start our class, we should do some icebreaking activities.
In term of playing quizzes, it's really fun and please keep doing about this one because I think it also has some impact on my knowledge and thinking.
Finally, I hope that you, as Naqibah can continue guiding students in the following years.
